Job summary

HomeCentris is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Baltimore, MD. This position involves providing daily living assistance, personal care, and companionship to clients in their homes.

Responsibilities include ADLs, medication reminders, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and clear documentation. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, English fluency, compassionate attitude, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as caregiver or similar role preferred.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management per care plans.
• Meal preparation and serving according to dietary needs and safety.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities and conversation.
• Communicate care needs clearly with clients and families.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands as needed.
• Maintain daily activity logs and health observations.
