You will help with daily living activities, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, companionship, and respite care, ensuring care is delivered with compassion and respect.

You will work closely with a client care team to follow the written care plan, monitor the home environment for safety, and assist with errands, appointments, and personal

• Ambulation.
• Bathing.
• Dressing.
• Exercise assistance.
• Feeding.
• Hair care.
• Medication reminders.
• Mouth care.
• Nail care.
• Positioning.
• Shaving.
• Skin care.
• Toileting.
• Transferring.
• Ensure client safety by supervising the home environment.
• Meal planning and routine housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Respite care for families per care plans.
• Shop/errands and manage client money as directed.
• Assist with following a written diet plan.
• Escort clients to appointments and outings.
• Assist with written correspondence.
• Collaborate with Client Care Team and Branch Manager.
• Follow policies, monitor supplies, and follow the care plan.
• Carry out duties as assigned by Branch Manager.
• Observe environments and report unsafe conditions.
