Qualifications

• Requires a cheerful, helpful demeanor.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed oral and written instructions.
• Must complete required training and orientation.
• Eligibility as an unlicensed caregiver aged 18+ with demonstrated competency.
• Requires ability to lift/move objects or people up to 50 pounds; mobility is needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal hygiene per supervisor.
• Supervise clients during activities to ensure safe functioning.
• Maintain compliance with At Home Healthcare policies and state/federal laws.
• Immediately report to supervisor significant changes in client’s environment, behaviors, and circumstances.
• Identify potential safety hazards in the client environment and take action or report them.
