Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation.
• Must have completed personal care training program and competency.
• Must have a smartphone or tablet and install the State required app for clocking in/out.
• Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly.
• Ability to carry out directions, read and write.
• Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting the elderly and/or disabled members with essential daily living needs in their homes and in accordance with their plan of care.
