Job summary

Rockford is seeking compassionate Homemakers / Home Care Aides to join our team. You will help clients stay safe and comfortable in their own homes, performing light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and companionship with respect and professionalism.

We offer benefits for both full-time and part-time positions, including health, dental and vision insurance, sick days, pet insurance, 401(k), and Aflac. A valid driver’s license and insurance are required, along with good physical health.

Qualifications

• The homemaker must pass agency exam with 75% or better.
• In good physical health.
• Valid driver’s license required
• Valid automobile insurance required
• Must pass agency exam with a score of 75% or higher

Responsibilities

• Assist with housekeeping tasks and meal preparation as per care plan.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Escort clients to appointments, shopping, and outings as outlined in the care plan.
• Support clients in following their written care plans.
