• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and daily activities according to the care plan.
• Support safe mobility and transfers within verified training and assigned duties.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship as assigned.
• Observe and promptly report changes in client condition or safety concerns to the supervising nurse.
• Complete visit documentation and required electronic visit verification accurately and promptly.
• Follow infection prevention procedures and protect client privacy and dignity.
