Reflections Retirement Community in Plainfield, IN is seeking a Full Time role on the 1st shift to support resident living and upkeep. The position is paid hourly at $16.00 for the Plainfield location and involves maintaining clean resident apartments and common areas with a focus on safety and dignity.

The ideal candidate possesses a high school diploma or GED and prior assisted living experience is preferred, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with residents

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred.
• Prior Assisted/Supportive Living experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clean resident apartments and common areas, fostering a welcoming environment
• Adheres to chemical safety protocols to guarantee the safety of residents and team members
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction
• Participates in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
