American Senior Communities is seeking a Housekeeping/Laundry Aide for Ben Hur Health & Rehab in Crawfordsville, IN. The position is full-time, on-site, 11am-7:30pm, providing essential cleaning and laundry services to residents to maintain a safe, sanitary, and homelike environment.

Responsibilities include supporting residents with a caring presence, teamwork with staff, and physical tasks to perform cleaning duties. CARE values are central to daily work and interactions with the community.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates CARE values to residents, family members, customers and staff: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence
• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning and laundry services to residents, staff and the public in a safe, sanitary environment.
