Job summary

Good Neighbor Society Environmental Services seeks a Laundry and Housekeeping Aide in Manchester. The role runs 7:00-3:30 with every other weekend and rotating holidays to help maintain a clean, sanitary nursing center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping/laundry experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand directions.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of general laundry and housekeeping/cleaning duties to maintain sanitary, attractive, and orderly nursing center.
• Sorts soiled laundry and operates washers/dryers per procedures.
• Cleans fixtures, floors, rooms and supplies; maintains equipment and follows safety protocols.
• Supports safety, infection control, and privacy policies in daily tasks.
