Job summary

Stevens Park Health & Rehab is seeking a full-time Environmental Services Associate to maintain clean, safe patient areas, following center procedures and infection control standards. You will be responsible for floors, bathrooms, and common spaces, with attention to chemical safety and resident dignity.

Starting pay is $13.65/hour with weekly pay, and a benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, vision, life and disability, 401(k) with match, and a referral bonus program.

Qualifications

• Understand basic cleaning principles and chemical safety.
• Ability to read safety rules and follow instructions.
• Willingness to work in a healthcare environment with patients.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and clean floors and surfaces in patient areas.
• Clean bathrooms, windows, and common areas following procedures.
• Assist with room turnover and curtain/drapery changes as needed.
• Follow infection control standards and use PPE as required.
• Report equipment issues and supply needs to supervisor.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
