Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for The Barclay at Vero Beach-Independent Living. The role involves cleaning resident rooms, offices, and common areas to maintain a safe, sanitary environment in a senior living community.

You will follow state requirements, use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment, and support a facility that values wellness, security, and exceptional resident care. This on-site position requires flexibility including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Desire to work with seniors required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for to assuring that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.
• Performs routine cleaning of resident rooms, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors, elevators and stairways.
• Utilizes the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure and state requirements
• Uses and maintains equipment properly, transports trash and hazardous waste to appropriate disposal area and replenishes supplies as required.
