Job summary

Legacy Ranch in Midland, TX is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of our community. Under minimal supervision, you will perform a variety of cleaning tasks in resident rooms and common areas to keep spaces sanitary and inviting.

You will dust, polish, vacuum, change linens, and clean bathrooms, while restocking supplies and ensuring equipment is stored properly.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods and tools/products.
• Safety and customer service oriented.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Able to work without direct supervision.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Able to work flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to interact in a positive manner with residents.

Responsibilities

• Keep resident rooms and common areas clean and maintained.
• Cleans room as assigned, including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, etc.
• Cleans, details, and refills supplies for all assigned areas of the facility as needed.
• Maintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and supplies.
• Relates to residents in a courteous, understanding, and cooperative manner.
