Sagora Senior Living is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper for Asher Point of Montgomery. The role focuses on keeping residences and common areas clean and sanitary across independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in a hospitality environment preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents, families, guests, and other associates in English.
• Ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals and tolerate fumes, dust, and pet dander.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, and use hands; able to lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize residences and contents, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning fixtures.
• Clean resident apartments, offices, bathrooms and common areas.
• Assist with cleaning and refurbishing vacated residences as they become vacant.
• Wash, dry, fold, and store linens and other laundry for the community and residents.
• Coordinate delivery and return of resident laundry.
• Keep housekeeping carts clean, organized and stocked with supplies.
