Responsibilities include cleaning occupied and unoccupied rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas, while following safety guidelines and attending ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to manage time effectively and reprioritize tasks within one hour.
• No certificates required.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, public bathrooms, offices, halls, trash rooms, stairways, elevators, and other areas.
• Disinfects equipment and keeps utility and storage rooms clean and orderly.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any needed repairs.
• Clean unoccupied and occupied resident rooms including kitchens and bathrooms.
• Transport trash to disposal area and keep work areas tidy.
• Attend in-service programs and meetings as required.
