Yona is seeking a housekeeper to join our team in Glenmont, MD. No prior experience is required, though welcome. You will provide warm, friendly hospitality to residents and help maintain a clean, healthy environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms and common areas, restocking supplies, and following safety and departmental procedures. We value reliability, integrity, and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions concerning cleaning chemicals and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and restocks all assigned areas such as resident rooms, bathrooms, offices, conference rooms, nurses’ stations, stairwells, etc., according to standards.
• Maintains work assignment sheets for daily duties in assigned areas.
• Follows safe workplace practices according to regulatory guidelines.
• Follows departmental procedures for daily cleaning procedures and any additional steps as outlined on the job assignment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
