Regency Care of Central Oregon in Bend, OR is seeking caring Housekeeper-Laundry Aide to maintain residents' rooms and common areas, follow cleaning schedules, and coordinate daily housekeeping with nursing services to uphold sanitary, safe conditions.

You will wash linens, clean rooms and facilities, disinfect equipment, dust furniture, and communicate with residents and families, supporting a home-like environment with dignity and privacy.

Formación

• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Compassion and interest in working with the senior population.

Responsabilidades

• Wash, dry, and carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts to supply storage areas, keeping each tidy.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and empty wastebaskets to meet health standards
• Disinfect equipment and surfaces using germicides or steam-operated sterilizers
• Dust and polish furniture and equipment
• Relate and communicate with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other employees.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
