Qualifications

• No formal experience required; prior housekeeping or laundry helpful.
• Ability to follow departmental procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient rooms and general areas as per procedures.
• Make beds, remove trash and linen in occupied/unoccupied rooms.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold and distribute laundry and linens.
• Keep laundry area and equipment clean; report malfunctions.
• Provide courteous assistance to patients, visitors and staff.
