Belmont Village Senior Living in San Diego, CA is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of resident apartments, bathrooms, and common areas, while delivering warm, respectful hospitality to residents.

You will perform laundry, trash removal, and daily housekeeping tasks in a fast-paced, senior living environment, focusing on safety, quality, and compassionate service to help residents thrive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of housekeeping experience in hotels or similar setting.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work independently.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work shifts including mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Professional, pleasant, and team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable attendance is essential for operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident apartments and bathrooms, including dusting and vacuuming.
• Collect, wash, fold, and return resident laundry in a timely manner.
• Dispose of trash and replace liners throughout the community.
• Communicate respectfully with residents and guests.
• Clean administrative offices, hallways, and common areas.
• Sanitize and restock common area bathrooms and supplies.
• Regularly empty trash and maintain tidy environments.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
