Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in a hospitality environment preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals and tolerate fumes, dust, and pet dander.
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds; pushing/pulling up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize residences and contents, including vacuuming, dusting, kitchen/bath fixtures, mattress turning, and trash removal.
• Perform cleaning duties for resident apartments, offices, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Assist with cleaning and refurbishing vacated residences as vacancies arise.
• Wash, dry, fold, and store linens and other laundry for community and residents.
• Coordinate delivery and return of resident laundry.
• Keep housekeeping carts clean, stocked, and organized with supplies.
• Maintain carts and containers in OSHA-approved safety standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
