Healthcare Services Group in a long-term care facility is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment and support resident well-being. You will perform routine cleaning of resident rooms and common areas while following strict sanitation procedures to protect residents and staff.

The role offers hands-on training, career development, and benefits such as telemedicine, prescription discounts, and financial wellness programs.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand/bend for extended periods.
• Must be able to work around cleaning products.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Residency within the service area is required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
