Healthcare Services Group, Inc is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility in Michigan. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, follow safety guidelines, and provide friendly service to residents and staff.

Starting pay is USD 18.00 per hour, with benefits including telemedicine, prescription discounts, and career development opportunities. Residency in the service area is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with staff and residents.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions daily.
• Residency within the service area is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering good customer service.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
