Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related cleaning experience and familiarity with cleaning products and tools.
• Strong time management and punctuality.
• Self-directed, motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Foster a home-like environment that supports families in medical crisis, exceeding guest expectations with friendly attitudes and prompt responses.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards across all areas of the House, including guest rooms, public spaces, kitchens, dining areas and laundry.
• Lead and support House volunteers, attend staff meetings, and contribute to team goals.
• Represent the House with professionalism and accurate information in interactions with guests, volunteers, hospital staff and community members.
• Monitor inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and in-room items; restock and submit orders as needed.
• Communicate facility issues and damages to the appropriate managers and facilities team.
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to volunteers in the House operations.
• Execute additional responsibilities as requested by leadership and facilities team.
