The Arboretum of Winnie in Houston, TX is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

You will scrub, mop, dust, and disinfect resident areas and common spaces, restock supplies, and engage respectfully with residents, visitors, and team members. This is a full-time position with room for growth and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods (must be able to perform tasks safely).
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Demonstrates genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals.

Responsibilities

• Clean Resident and Facility Areas: scrub, mop, dust, disinfect bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
• Restock Supplies: ensure paper products, soap, and other items are replenished regularly.
• Foster a Welcoming Environment: engage respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff daily.
