Job summary

Paramount Care Centers is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, sanitary environment for residents and ensure odor-free units by following established cleaning procedures and coordinating with the Environmental Services director. The role emphasizes safe cleaning practices and reliable performance across units, with a focus on resident comfort and welfare.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Follows specific cleaning and service instructions as outlined by the Director of Environmental Services.
• Follows cleaning procedures in a safe manner.
• Completes all assignments scheduled in each unit.
• Gives an assigned unit the attention needed to provide a sanitary, odor-free, orderly environment for all concerns.
• Checks stock and notify supervisor of supply needs.
• Maintains equipment in good working condition and returns it to the proper location after use.
• Assists with room changes, as needed.
• Ensures that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individuals’ needs and rights.
• Performs other duties as requested.
