Job summary

Charter Senior Living of Paducah is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to provide cleaning and resident-focused housekeeping services across the community. The role emphasizes compassionate care and supporting residents' identities and interests in a warm, caring environment.

You will coordinate with team members, assist with activities that honor each resident’s life story, and maintain safe, clean private residences and shared spaces on a scheduled basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial work is preferred, particularly in senior living or healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver housekeeping services to residents and common areas.
• Coordinate and communicate with housekeeping team and other staff to ensure holistic resident care.
• Engage in activities to support residents’ identities, abilities, and interests.
