Job summary

Heritage Grove Estates is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and comfort for residents in our Assisted Living Facility (ALF). The role supports residents by keeping living spaces tidy, responding to requests, and working closely with the care team to uphold high standards of cleanliness and confidentiality.

Candidate should be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds, standing for long periods, and communicating effectively.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain residents' rooms, common areas, and facilities
• Make beds, change linens, and restock supplies
• Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the facility per standards
• Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely, professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless delivery of services
