• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in long‑term care or geriatric populations preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and professionalism.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational, decision‑making, and accountability skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety across assigned areas, ensuring infection control and universal precautions.
• Perform daily tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing, and deep cleaning.
• Report and address maintenance needs such as light bulb replacements and equipment malfunctions.
• Collaborate with residents and staff to create a warm, calm, and welcoming environment.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and safety.
• Uphold resident rights, including confidentiality, personal space, and property.
