Job summary

Southwest Montana Veteran's Home is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our on-site team in Butte, MT. You will clean patient rooms, hallways, offices, and common areas in accordance with sanitation procedures and safety guidelines.

The role requires at least 1 year of housekeeping experience; SNF experience is a plus. You must complete orientation, pass a drug test, and a background check. Training emphasizes safety, compliance, and quality care for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Housekeeper or similar role.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is a plus.
• Must complete orientation required by policy.
• Must pass mandatory drug test on hire.
• Criminal background check required.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to the job.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient rooms, hallways, offices, and common areas per sanitation procedures.
• Perform terminal cleaning and report hazards or accidents to supervisor.
• Maintain supplies and the appearance of all areas; inspect rooms for sanitation and safety.
• Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.
