The role emphasizes adherence to safety and infection-control guidelines, strong customer service, and the ability to work with residents and staff in a collaborative environment. Starting pay is competitive at USD 15.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions and perform routine tasks daily.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
