Job summary

Hireology is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. You’ll be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting spaces, restocking supplies, and engaging respectfully with residents and team members.

The role requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while showing genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Meet physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
• Be organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Demonstrates genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals.

Responsibilities

• Clean Resident and Facility Areas: scrub, mop, polish, dust and disinfect bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways and common spaces.
• Restock Supplies: ensure paper products, soap and other items are replenished regularly.
• Foster a Welcoming Environment: engage respectfully with residents, visitors and staff daily.
