You will clean resident and facility areas, restock supplies, and foster a welcoming atmosphere through respectful interactions with residents and colleagues. This position supports elderly and disabled individuals with care and compassion.

Qualifications

• Must be able to meet physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
• Must be organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Demonstrates genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals.

Responsibilities

• Clean Resident and Facility Areas: Scrub, mop, buff, polish, dust, and disinfect bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
• Restock Supplies: Ensure paper products, soap, and other items are regularly replenished.
• Foster a Welcoming Environment: Engage respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff daily.
