Healthcare Services Group, Inc invites applications for a Housekeeper to support a long-term care facility. The role emphasizes maintaining a clean, safe environment and providing excellent resident and staff service in a team setting.

Ideal candidates have a positive attitude and are able to follow instructions, with or without prior housekeeping experience. The position includes standard duties and the opportunity to contribute to a caring, compliant workplace.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Physically able to lift/push 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions daily.

Mansioni

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent service.
• All other duties as assigned.
