Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, sanitize rooms, bathrooms, and shared spaces while following safety guidelines and infection control policies.

You will also provide courteous service to residents, staff, and visitors. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Must maintain a positive attitude and be able to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and management.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and infection control policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks: clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Follow infection control policies and universal precautions.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests to provide excellent service.
• All other duties as assigned.
