Job summary

Qualifications

• Provides basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Answers patient calls and helps with eating, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Feeds patients and records their food and liquid intake.
• Monitors and documents temperature, blood pressure, and other vital signs; reports changes to nurses/doctors.
• Assists nurses or doctors with medical procedures and wound care.
