Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care including bathing, toileting, mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring.
• Support patient comfort and safety by maintaining clean environments and reporting changes in condition.
• Assist nursing staff with documentation and routine care activities to promote efficient unit operations.
• Adapt to varying assignments and unit needs each shift with flexible time management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided in line with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses and other staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
