Job summary

Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking a compassionate veterinarian to practice meaningful medicine on the road, visiting families in their homes throughout Tulsa and surrounding areas. You’ll sit with grieving families, answer hard questions with empathy, and provide end-of-life care with dignity.

The role offers a schedule built around your life, including 5-day, 4-day, and 2–3 day options with self-managed scheduling. Generous bonuses, benefits, and mentorship accompany a strong support network.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree required and veterinary license in good standing.
• Ability to perform in-home hospice and euthanasia with compassion.
• Willingness to complete license verification and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate veterinary care through in-home visits in Tulsa area.
• Perform hospice support and in-home euthanasia with dignity and empathy.
• Collaborate with team for training, mentorship, and personal well-being.
