Job summary

SGMC Health is seeking a Hospice Nursing Assistant to join the Hospice of South Georgia team. Under RN supervision, you will provide personal care and daily living assistance, helping maintain a safe and comfortable home or inpatient environment as part of the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care.

You will support medication pickup, supplies, and basic clerical tasks as needed, with responsibility across Home Care or Inpatient settings and adherence to hospice principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services and assistance in daily living as ordered within the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care.
• Maintain Environment of Care and provide Homemaker Services to support patient comfort and safety.
• Assist with medication and supply pickup/delivery as needed; may help with clerical duties.
• Operate basic medical and office equipment as required.
