Job summary

FMC Services, LLC is seeking a Hospice Aide to provide compassionate personal health care and related services to patients in their homes in Amarillo, TX. You will help maintain a safe, clean environment and work closely with family members, reporting observations to the supervisor.

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will perform duties consistent with state regulations, requiring reading, writing, and clear communication of clinical information to caregivers and staff.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma preferred or approved training per Medicare §418.76 provisions.
• Licensure: Must have a current Driver's License.
• Experience: At least 1 year as Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in healthcare settings preferred.
• Skills: Read, write and verbally report clinical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services to patients in their home.
