Mount Evans Hospice Inc. is seeking a compassionate Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patients in facility-based and home settings. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, documenting care, and reporting changes to the RN and Case Manager.

Key qualifications include a Colorado CNA certification, a High School diploma, and 1–5 years of CNA experience. Regular, on-site visits and adherence to care plans are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current, active Colorado CNA certification.
• Meets state training and competency requirements; minimum 75 hours classroom & supervised training.

Responsabilités

• Perform personal care and attend to patient requests promptly.
• Provide baths, grooming, oral hygiene, and dressing assistance.
• Assist with feeding and meal preparation as assigned.
• Take and record vital signs as ordered; report changes to the Case Manager.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion as directed by a nurse.
• Keep patient living area clean and orderly; maintain safety and privacy.
