Job summary

Suncrest Hospice in Texas is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a CHAP-certified team delivering compassionate resident care under the direction of the Director of CNA Services.

The CNA provides care aligned with assessments and care plans, collaborates with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and the patient care team, and follows all policies. Reliable transportation and Texas CNA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Texas.
• Strong commitment to improving quality of life and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per assessments and care plans.
• Collaborate with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and the patient care team.
• Follow nursing policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Work with the CNA team to coordinate appropriate care.
