Job summary

PruittHealth Hospice in Gainesville, GA is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver compassionate personal care to hospice patients. You will work with an interdisciplinary team, support families, and follow the CNA care plan with flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services per CNA/PCA care plan.

• Maintain clean, safe patient environment and accurate visit records.
• Communicate patient progress and concerns to the primary nurse and supervisors.
• Attend interdisciplinary team meetings and participate in care planning.
