Qualifications

• Six months experience as a Home Care Aide/CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and housekeeping assistance to clients.
• Perform personal hygiene and grooming care for clients.
• Provide meals to meet clients' nutritional needs.
• Report changes in clients' condition.
• Carry out routine housekeeping duties.
• Record each client’s care on the care plan.
• Respond sensitively to the needs of terminal clients.
• Assist with routine therapy exercises.
• Participate in case conferences as requested.
