Job summary

Compassus is hiring a Hospice Aide to provide compassionate comfort care at patients’ homes, working with a dedicated hospice team to address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. You will support patients and families, helping them face end-of-life with dignity and peace, while contributing to their overall quality of life each day.

Certification as a Nursing Assistant is highly preferred with CPR certification required; state licensure requirements are specified.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant highly preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort care to patients enabling them to remain at home with their loved ones.
• Work as a member of the hospice team to meet each patient’s unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
