Job summary

Compassus is hiring a Hospice Aide to provide compassionate, at‑home care, helping patients remain in their homes with their loved ones. You’ll join a hospice team to meet unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, supporting patients in their final days with dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant highly preferred.
In states where licensure is not required, applicants must meet one of the following: licensed/certified aide or complete a state-approved nurse aide training with 24 months of employment.
Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

Provide comfort care to patients enabling them to remain at home with their loved ones.
Work as a member of the hospice team to meet each patient’s unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Help patients approach their final days with joy, peace, and dignity.
