Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative clerical duties for the team including filing, entering documents, and distributing mail.
• Collaborate with Team Leadership for IDT meetings and events; participate as assigned.
• Track team census changes and update patient care boards.
• Assist in coverage of patient care needs and handle phone requests professionally.
• Communicate patient equipment needs to DME and coordinate removal.
