Job summary

Accurate Home Care is seeking a Homemaker in Delano, MN to help with light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, and errands. You will provide companionship to clients to support independent living in their own homes.

The role requires reliable transportation, a valid license, and fluency in English. Flexible hours are available, and the wage starts at $21.50 per hour with travel time included.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills and compassion for clients.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle are required.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services including light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and assist with appointment arrangements.
• Promote client well-being through companionship.
• Report changes or concerns to Clinical Manager.
