Caring Hands In Home Care LLC in Southeast Missouri is seeking a Homemaker to create a clean, comfortable home and support daily living for the Client. The role includes personal care, meal prep, and managing housekeeping tasks to ensure smooth operations.

The position requires strong organization, reliable communication with household members and service providers, and the ability to adapt to changing needs. Experience in eldercare or childcare is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing household tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prepare balanced and healthy meals.
• Good communication with household members and service providers.
• Compliance with state mandated electronic visit verification via a smart device.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe living environment.
• Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
• Manage household supplies and budget, including shopping for groceries and other essentials.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments to maintain organization and efficiency.
• Provide personal care and support to the Client, allowing family members to rest assured they are in good hands.
• Handle laundry, ironing, and clothing care to maintain household wardrobe standards.
• Maintain (not repair) household equipment and arrange for repairs or services when necessary.
• Create and implement routines and systems to improve household management and reduce stress.
