Altra Homecare Group is seeking kind, motivated individuals to provide compassionate in-home care in the Camby area. As part of our team, you will help with daily activities, companionship, and basic care tasks while following individual care plans.

No prior experience is required, and we support your growth within a supportive, respectful workplace. Anyone 18+ with a valid driver's license and auto insurance can apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required.
• No prior caregiving experience needed; character matters most.
• Friendly, patient, and dependable with a positive outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care routines (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide medication reminders (no administration).
• Complete light housekeeping and laundry.
• Support safe movement, transfers, and mobility in the home.
• Offer reliable companionship and engage clients in conversation.
• Follow care plans and maintain thorough documentation.
• Keep the home safe, clean, and comfortable.
