Here With You Homecare LLC is seeking compassionate Homecare Aides to support clients across Massachusetts, with an immediate need in Canton. We offer flexible scheduling, short and long shifts, and a supportive team environment.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, hold a MA CNA or HHA certification, have reliable transportation, and can pass a background check. Non-medical in-home care focused on companionship and helping older adults remain independent at home.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate with clients and family members.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to visit clients' homes.
• Pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
• Current CNA or HHA certification recognized in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with meal prep and light housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with toileting and showering as needed.
• Give medication reminders and ensure safety during daily activities.
