Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. in Brockton, MA seeks a dependable Home HealthCare Transportation Driver to transport patients to doctors appointments and related activities in the surrounding MA area.

The role requires at least one year of experience with individuals having developmental disabilities, CPR/First Aid, and a valid driver's license. Class B CDL may be required by state regulations. CDL and relevant driving experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably with the older adults.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Offer safety assistance when boarding and off-loading at all destinations.
• Lifts and transfers individuals served using proper body mechanics and assistance.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and daily maintenance.
• Provide safe, reliable transportation between homes, day centers, and appointments.
